You've found the AR9 kit to get it done: This ultra-compact 4.5" 9mm AR-15 kit provides you with everything needed (except a stripped lower) to assemble a quality short-range Parabellum Plinker. The 4" flush-mount, free-float M-LOK handguard pairs perfectly with an extended flash can to reduce muzzle flash and provide just enough rail estate for attaching irons and accessories.
Included are 100% mil-spec components. This AR9 kit's compatible with AR-15 lower receivers using conversion blocks, and AR9 dedicated lowers. The upper utilizes a conventional 5.56/.223 forged receiver with a 9mm bolt that requires no gas system.
Note: Due to ATF rule 2021R-08F, any pistol with a stabilizing brace is considered a short-barreled rifle (SBR), and is therefore considered a National Firearms Act item requiring a federal tax stamp.
