AR Rifle Kits: Matched parts, fewer headaches, faster builds.

Skip the parts hunt. Our AR Rifle Kits pair a fully spec’d, barreled upper with the lower-side parts you need to finish a dependable rifle. Every kit is curated to balance reliability, accuracy, and value, so you can install on your compatible lower and hit the range sooner.

You’ll find options for standard 5.56/.223 setups, .223 Wylde options for handling both cartridges with higher accuracy, LR-308/.308 and 6.5 Creedmoor for bench shooting, 300 Blackout options for suppressed builds, and AR-9 kits for pistol caliber carbines.

Each kit spells out the barrel length and profile, gas system, handguard style (A2, M-LOK, KeyMod), twist rate, and what’s included (BCG, charging handle, LPK, and buffer system), so you’re never left guessing.

Learn more about what each kit includes here!

Need Help Building Your AR?

Building your first AR-15 can feel overwhelming. If you're new to the platform, read this intro guide first: How to Build an AR-15 (The Complete Parts Guide).

Once you've selected a kit, you've got to put it together. You'll need a stripped lower receiver to install your lower parts kit and buffer system. For instructions, read this guide: How to Install The AR-15 Lower Parts Kit.

With your lower assembly finished, you can install your kit's upper, zero your new rifle at the range, and start ringing those steel targets. Need iron sights or a scope? Shop rifle optics here.

(We Can't Ship Our Kits to Some States)

Although our rifle kits are not considered firearms under federal law and do not include a stripped lower receiver, some states restricted their sale and ownership Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders to those states.

Before ordering, pread our Shipping & Returns policy to ensure your state isn't restricted.

Rifle Kit FAQs

Got more questions? Here are some of the most common ones we get.

Q: What does each rifle kit include?

A: Every kit includes all the parts you need to build an AR-15, minus the stripped lower receiver. That includes a barreled upper assembly, bolt carrier group, charging handle, lower parts kit, pistol grip, buffer tube, buffer, recoil spring, and buttstock. Iron sights and optics are sold separately.

Q: Why not include a stripped lower receiver?

A: The stripped lower receiver is the firearm component of the AR-15. That means it requires an FFL and transfer paperwork to be sold. We don't include stripped lowers so we can ship your kit direct, without extra taxes and fees.

Q: What's the difference between 5.56, .223. and .223 Wylde?

A: 5.56 NATO is the U.S. military's current standard rifle cartridge. .223 Remington is the commercial/civilian equivalent. Both rounds are identical in appearance and performance, but 5.56 NATO cartridges should not be fired from a .223-chambered rifle due to differences in chamber pressures. That's what the .223 Wylde is for; it can safely chamber both cartridges.

Q: Do side-charging uppers require custom bolts?

A: All side-charging uppers use standard bolts and bolt carrier groups, but with charging handles bolted to the sides of the carriers. All side-charging uppers can be converted to use rear charging handles. Simply unbolt the side-charging handle from the carrier, separate the upper and lower receivers, and install your rear charging handle as you would with any conventional AR-type rifle.
